Is the idea of pole dancing new to you? This introductory class was meant for you. These classes will be for women wanting to experience an introduction to pole dancing and unleash layers of self-consciousness, self-doubt and worries of the outside world all while relinquishing in feminine and empowering movement on a regular basis…all while getting a fantastic work-out too.
Our sensual Pole Series classes are the heart and soul of what we offer to you. These classes promote overall mind/body well-being and fitness by incorporating yoga, pilates, and strength training to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness – all while focusing on sensuality. Classes teach an increasing progression of floor and pole dance tricks and transitions. We also offer workshops and classes specifically incorporating the beautiful, sensual arts of lap dancing, chair dancing and strip-tease.
Classes are 90 minutes each. There are several progressive levels, with each stage building strength and confidence for exciting new twists and turns ahead. You may decide to continue to advance in levels, or stay at a level where you feel comfortable.
Series classes are about YOU…learning, discovering, challenging yourself in new ways, and taking a healthy, moving, life-changing journey.
Prepaid spots are required to reserve your space. No drop ins for classes as they will consist of 8-10 women to get the most benefit of your 90 minutes on the pole. Maintaining a smaller class size is key in a safe and worthwhile pole dancing experience.
