Hey everyone I am Hosting...
Alexa's Appeal For Craniofacial Awareness
this is a Dinner/Auction Fundraiser for Children's Craniofacial
Association.

That is the website with all the info about the Fundraiser. I am
doing this Fundraiser more for awareness than anything. I want to get
this info out to all parents you can read all about it on the
website. I am asking for your help because I want to have large
poster size photo's of children with Craniofacial Disorders hanging
all over the Hall. I also will have a slide show playing while people
are ariving and before and after the presentation period of the
night. So if you would like your child to have a part in this
Fundraiser I would really appreciate it!!!!!
What I need from you...
1 or 2 pictures of you child. (e-mailed as an attachement)
The childs name (I would like first and last but if you want the last
name private that's ok too)
The age of your child during the photo
Pre and Post op photo's are ideal. (if your child had surgery)
The conditon or disorder that the child has/had
Your contact info.
Your location (city & state)
Please make sure the photo's are very clear as we will choose some to
blow up poster size and those photo's can't be blurry.
