This is an all steel zero clearance unit I never used. All masonry firewalls and floor. Wood rack. Gas knockout. 8" adjustable damper. UAL approval tags. Optional use as a corner, penisula or straight wall install. Uses a 37"w x24"d x 36"h space. Firebox opens front and right end complete with sliding firescreen. Heat efficiency is an added incentive to consider on this excellent buy as it is a circulator. Booster fans and glass doors enclosure are adaptable and optional. It can be placed on wood or concrete floors or raised hearth. Could be a very inexpensive way to create a beautiful backyard patio fireplace surrounded with a masonry stonework enclosure.
