I have a couple of used Hot Spring portable spas available.... the "Crem de la Crem" of Hot Tubs. Personally, I would rather own a used Hot Spring than just about any other brand of spa, even if it was brand new. Simply put, they are the most energy efficient and reliable spas available.

I take spas in on trade and if they wre worth fixing I refurbish them and resell. The 2 I have available right now are:

#1 - A "Classic" model - This spa is on my patio and we use it all the time. Seat 5 people and has the ultimate "maintenence free" skirt --- no wood to rot, split, etc. Has a brand new cover, hydraulic cover lifter, new filters, etc. Runs on 110 volt --- needs 20 amp dedicated breaker. This one is $4000.00

#2 - A "Jetseter" Model - 110 Volt, required a 20 amp breaker, comes with cover, starter chems, etc. Has a lounge and will seat 2 adults. This one is $3500.00 (This one is actually set up in my showroom, filled with water if you want to see it working)

Whirlpool 40 Gal. Flame Lock Waterheater (Modesto) $1

I purchased this waterheater from Lowes back in January. I paid over $350.00 for it and took it home and installed it. It worked great for about 2 1/2 months then stopped working. Knowing my way around a waterheater, I decided to look at it. The problem was I could not get the pilot to stay lit which led me to believe it was the thermocouple. I changed it out and found it had not helped. I knew the next problem would be the heaters thermostat. I had a Whirlpool repairman come out to the place and look at it. Sure enough he said it needed a new one. Its still under warranty so I tried to get them to replace it but it was an uphill battle. I gave up on trying to get them to fix it so here I am trying to sell it. The part runs about $50 and can be purchased at any Lowes. Its an extremely easy part to install but I really just dont want to put anymore time into it. I'm trying to sell the thing for a fair price to gain back some of my losses.
