I am looking for an apt for my son and I. I have owned my house for the past four years, but before that I lived in Santa Clara and I can give an excellent reference from that management agency. I left that place in spotless condition.
People say that my home looks like a model home because I have kept it up so nicely. Ok, now here's the bad part. My home is being foreclosed upon, well not really, I was able to do a short sale, but it's kind of the same thing. Like thousands of other people in the central valley I hit upon some hard times. I lost my job, was able to get re-employed and then I was laid off again. Two years ago I was making 80K a year and now I'm living on unemployment. If this isn't a recession than I don't know what a recession is. My son and I are making 2,470/per month and hope to be re-employed very soon. We could pay up to 900.00/mo., but it has to be a 2or 3bdrm, 2ba or larger. I can send you pictures of my current house or heck you can come here to see what I've done w/my home & I still have the deed to prove that I currently own it, but alas not for long. Is anyone willing to take a chance on a christian family who needs a break? I can give you excellent job references to prove that I was an excellent employee too. These are managers of a very high profile company in the bay area. Anyway, I thought this was worth a shot.

PS I can re-locate and I am willing to sign a lease if necessary.
