Mother (33) and daughter (3) need a home PLEASE HELP US (In or around Modesto area)
Yes, I'm still searching for a home. I'm frustrated and need to move ASAP. My daughter and I are good honest people. I'm hard working non-smoking good with gardening yard work and minor repairs upon request. We have two great trained dogs. I have included a picture at the bottom.
We are not picky we just want a safe home. The things we need are a fenced back yard, at least one bath tub, washer dryer or hook-ups, minimum 2 bedroom. We would like to be in or around the Modesto area. This is so that we are close to my Grandmother and our family.
Obviously I'd like to be financially responsible and not pay a ton of rent. I am open. I make good money and like to put some away.
I want to be honest my credit is not great. I am recently divorced and well... I have money for rent and deposit. I am a hard worker. Will take a position bartending and or serving when we sort out which area we will be in. I'm really good at what I do so I make great money and have more quality time for my daughter. I also get $550 a month for her for now. This would be on top of my wages and tips.
We don't have much furniture as it stands my ex took most everything but I have my daughter thats the important part. We do have a swingset and a few climbing structures for her to play on.
Here's what I do not want. Real Estate agents or others contacting me with foreclosure listings. (Pay me now and get this list...) I am not interested in sharing a place. With a young child it's best for me to control the environment. I do not presume to tell someone else how to live. I do not wish for any freaks to email me nasty pictures either. I also do not wish to rent a home in foreclosure and have to move in a month or two. Thats to much for my child and I to handle.
We are not in the area right now but in So Cal. I would have my grandmother look at the house and talk with whomever in person. I will do most of the searching and look at pictures and send the deposit and sign the lease.
