Professional Established Family looking for a rental house in NE Modesto. We are renters by choice, have excellent credit, and are a landlords dream! Market is too risky to buy because we will only be here for a few years. House must be at least 2100 sq feet and 4 br / 2 baths in Sylvan District!!! Would love to have a pool. Must be a nice house and in a nice neighborhood!!! We will not settle. Please send price and photos. We are looking to move August 1st.
At this time we are not interested buying a house so please do not send us listing for homes for sale. If we like the area and house we move into there is always a chance that we may want to buy it or one like it in the future but not at this time.
