Hello, my family and I are looking to rent a 3-4 bedroom home ($800-900). However, we are trying to look in advance. We want to move into a home on July 1. We will be moving to Kansas City from California in the begginning of June. Another circumstance is that we are recieving help through section 8. Please do not let this discourage you from renting to our family, for some reason homeowners are worried about this. I have EXCELLENT rental history as well as references. My husband has even upgraded homes that we've lived in. There are a few things we need in a home and that is a fenced back yard for our children to play in and not on the corner of busy intersections. Something with a country setting would be perfect, but I understand that will be hard to find. If you might have something or know someone that does please contact me back. Thank you, Melissa.
