Hello, we are a family of 4. My husband and I, with a son (3) and daughter (15 months). We are looking for a nice home to live in after May. We are willing to pay up to $1,100. I am a homemaker and my husband works for Sylvan Union School Dist. We love our home now, but owner would like to sell the house and relocate to Tracy. My husband and I don't have good credit due to our son's medical bills from when he swallowed a penny the day after his 1st birthday. We did not have insurance for him. We do have excellent renters history and will be able to give references. We are very quiet and take care of any home as if it were our own. We have in the past even put our own money into fixing a home up if needed and with owner's permission. I must stress that home needs to be nice and suitable for children. We also would like there to be a backyard. We are excellent at keeping up landscaping as well. Need home to be in good area. Again, I stress the excellent renter history. We are the perfect canidates for anyone looking for responsible, clean, curtious, and friendly tenants. Please don't respond if looking to sell a house.
