We would like to have a house with a living room, family room and at least 3 bedrooms ( preferably 4) and 2 bathrooms., and also would love to have a pool. if the house house a 3 car garage we could manage without the rv parking but we have a 2 jet boats so we do need some extra parking space. Mine is kept up at the lake so it is not always at the house, i do bring it home once in a while for a little maintennance but then it goes back up to the lake. I recently bought new furniture to fill this large home that we currently live in however we are willing to accept something smaller as long as there is ample parking for one of the boats. There are 3 of us, all the ages of 44-47 my husband, myself and our friend who came out here from florida last year. both of the guys have full times jobs and make very good money, I also have a monthly income that will more than cover the rent. We do not have any children, and we dont do drugs. We will take good care of the house and also keep up the yards as well. We pay our rent on time every month. my husband is a regular mr. fix it so we wont be bothering you every other day to fix silly little thing that he can fix himself. Both the guys work in commercial construction and my husband has been with this company for over 6 years and their is absolutely no possibility of him losing his job, the company does several different things as there is always work for them. Between the 3 of us our combined income is nearly 4-5 times more than our current rent of 1500.00. We do have a german shepard dog that is basically an outside dog, although i have been known to let him in on occassion especially when it is very cold outside at night but i assure you he knows the house is not a playground and is 110% housebroken in every way. The very worst thing he may do is bark when there is someone around the outside of the house that doesn't belong there. I am willing to pay an additional deposit for him if requested.
Due to trying to save our home several years ago we were forced to file bankruptcy so our credit isn't the greatest. We ended up doing a quick sale on the home. This was several years ago and our financial situation is very stable and will continue to be.

We are looking for a large 3 or 4 bedroom house. Our current landlord has recently informed us that his morgage payment went up dramatically and that he cannot refinace the home because he owes more than what the home is worth now that the market has taken a down turn. We did offer to pay him more rent however the housepayment went up over 1500 dollars more than what he was originally paying. he will give us a excellent reference as he has told us we are the best tenants he has ever had. We love this house and are very sad to have to be leaving. All of our neighbors have told us they are sorry we have to go. Also our previous landlord will give us a excellent rental referral as well.
