I'm relocating from the Bay Area back to Modesto, interested in temporary housing so that I can look for a place to settle, and new employment while I'm already out there. I'm a single mother with 3 teenage sons. A 2 bedroom would be fine, but would prefer 3 or 4. Something over the summer break would be perfect, for now. I raised my sons in Modesto, and coming back to continue to do so... long term definetely what I would consider if available! Housing within the Davis HS school district would be ideal.

I will be working as a caregiver and/or a nanny, as that is where my recent work experience lies, as well as what I excel at.

My eldest son, at the age of 16, is a music producer with his own studio in Modesto. My middle son (14y/o) is a member of his HS basketball team, as well as a traveling basketball team. He has an extremely high GPA, attends CP courses, and is becoming active in organizations that will assist him in meeting his goal of attending his University of choice. My soon- to- be 13 year old son is very active with his many interests.

We are a very responsible family, and have always treated our rentals or homes we stayed in with as much care as if they were our own. When not attending work or school, we usually prefer to stay home and enjoy it. We are approachable and friendly, and are pride ourselves in that we maintain our lifestyle with high moral intelligence.

Yes, I'm still searching for a home. I'm frustrated and need to move ASAP. My daughter and I are good honest people. I'm hard working non-smoking good with gardening yard work and minor repairs upon request. We have two great trained dogs. I have included a picture at the bottom.

We don't have much furniture as it stands my ex took most everything but I have my daughter thats the important part. We do have a swingset and a few climbing structures for her to play on.

Here's what I do not want. Real Estate agents or others contacting me with foreclosure listings. (Pay me now and get this list...) I am not interested in sharing a place. With a young child it's best for me to control the environment. I do not presume to tell someone else how to live. I do not wish for any freaks to email me nasty pictures either. I also do not wish to rent a home in foreclosure and have to move in a month or two. Thats to much for my child and I to handle.

We are not in the area right now but in So Cal. I would have my grandmother look at the house and talk with whomever in person. I will do most of the searching and look at pictures and send the deposit and sign the lease.

My home is being foreclosed upon, well not really, I was able to do a short sale, but it's kind of the same thing. Like thousands of other people in the central valley I hit upon some hard times. I would love to find a room on the first floor of a nice home with access to the backyard. I would like to stay in Modesto but if the home has easy access to the freeway, that would be okay too (I work downtown Modesto).

I bring no drama to a household and keep pretty much to myself. I'm too old for childish games and just need a place to call home.

I have searched and searched but can't find anything that meets my needs.. I am looking to move by 4/19 ideally but definitely before 4/30 to a Modesto location.. I would like a 2 bedroom apt/house/duplex or any other living type for myself and my 1yr old. We have no pets, don't smoke, no drugs, and no drama!.. I need washer/dryer hookups, garage would be nice but not required, and would like a nice quiet area thats not on too busy of a street.. $750 is a comfortable monthly payment but I am willing to negotiate for a good location and the right settings.. My fiance and I are both 23 yrs of age and have a kitty that does not spray or scratch, and we are currently looking for a place to live. living with in laws is HARD! We just moved here from Merced due to a family emergency and we are currently both going to school. My fiance goes to school from 8-12pm and I go 1pm-5pm. We are on a fixed income so your rent is guarenteed. The only people we'd EVER have over is my parents ( they're in there 70's) And my 2 friends that are married and have 2 well behaved children and that's only occasional. We both respect other peoples privacy and individuality as well.

We'd like an apt or studio for ourselves but a bigger room w/ a private bathroom will do just as well. I only prefer a big room because I do have furniture, like a bed and couches from our Apt in Merced. I hope you take us into consideration.

We are 3 adults all employed looking for a home to rent again. Our current homeowner (landlord) got caught up in the morgage interest crisis and although he is trying to save the home he has stated to us that most likely he will put it up for auction within the next couple of months, so we are already seeking new prospective housing. Here is a little about us, there are 3 of us, ages from 44 - 47 2 males 1 female who all have incomes. Good incomes. Our credit isn't the greatest but our rental history/referrals are. Most of our credit problems were from years ago trying to save the homes we owned. My husband and I sold our home to avoid foreclosure but the damage to our credit had already been done. My husband makes very good money and is in no jeoprady of losing his job and neither is our friend who came out here from florida and works with my husband. The three of us have lived together for quite some time now and it works out pretty well, of course it is nice when the house is big enough so we can all have our privacy. We do have a german shepard dog who is completly yard/house trained, and very well behaved. I do not have him in the house all the time, but Sometimes work calls my hubby out of town overnight or for the weekend and i do feel safer at night if i have him sleep in the house/garage or close by me. If it is very cold outside of course i wouldn't leave him out side, usually if it is raining i open up the back door to the garage so he can be out of the rain but i do occassionally let him in the house at night. I assure you he is completly housebroken and very well mannered and doesn't chew on things or dig holes in the yard. I have always kept up any home both inside and out so that you wouldn't even notice we had a dog other than his presence, and We dont have any children. I would be more than willing to pay additional deposit for our dog . Our combined income is over 5 times the rent of what we currently pay of 1500.00 a month. We would like to try keep things pretty close to what we pay now, but of course like anyone else wouldn't mind paying less, and would be willing to go up to 1600-1700 for the right house. We do have 2 trucks and a corvette and a boat so something with good parking is preferred. We are looking for a large 4 bedroom if possible with at least a 2 car garage but 3 car garage is preferred. I just bought a new living, family, dining and bedroom set of furniture for the house we currently live in so i would like to have a house compariable in size. 3 bathrooms would be nice but 2 will be okay. We currently live in a 2 story 4 bedroom/3 bath home and the space between us makes it very comfortable for all of us. I am hoping to find something similiar to where we are living now. I'm pregnant, single and raising an 11 year old. I currently rent a 3 bedroom home. But I would like to move more towards N. Modesto or even farther. I am being honest, my credit is not great. But I have a decent job and can pay rent and utilities. I would prefer a small home or duplex with maybe a garage? I have a small dog, under 25lbs. I am in early pregnancy so I would like to move soon, before I get to far along. Can any one help me out? Thx!
