Found Dachshund (Modesto)

Found him one year ago in April in a shopping center parking lot. I put found ads in the Modesto Bee for 2 months and nobody claimed him. So, I kept him because I didn't want to take him to the shelter.
I would like to find his previous owners to put their minds at ease. He was very well cared for when I found him and was also wearing a collar. He is a gorgeous dog and it was apparent that he was not a stray roaming around. I know somebody is worrying about him. We have grown very attached to each other so I do not want to give him up. However, I am more than willing to meet to visit with them and/or send photos etc.
If you feel this might be your dog please email me with a description of him (or a photo), where you lost him and what collar was on him.
