im sorry to inform today on the freeway between the crowslanding rd and hatch exit i saw a chihuahua or chihuahua mix deceased on side of freeway. Found him one year ago in April in a shopping center parking lot. I put found ads in the Modesto Bee for 2 months and nobody claimed him. So, I kept him because I didn't want to take him to the shelter.

I would like to find his previous owners to put their minds at ease. He was very well cared for when I found him and was also wearing a collar. He is a gorgeous dog and it was apparent that he was not a stray roaming around. I know somebody is worrying about him. We have grown very attached to each other so I do not want to give him up. However, I am more than willing to meet to visit with them and/or send photos etc.

Trigger was found!!! Thanks to a very nice couple in Tracy who picked him up and took wonderful care of him. They posted a found ad on Craigs's list in the SF bay area and another Craig's lister put the 2 ads together and figured out it was the same dog and called us to check it out!! If your pet is lost, remember to check ads in ALL areas, not just the ones you frequently post to. Trigger is 14 year old Tan/fawn Chihuahua with white muzzle. He is friendly but probably won't hear you call him because he is hard of hearing. He has a heart problem and needs his meds. We have had him since he was a puppy and are broken hearted. One of our rescue dogs dug out under the fence early this morning and escaped from his foster home near Twenty Six Mile Rd in Oakdale.

He's a large, young, black & tan male with ears that don't stand all the way upright. He's friendly but timid, doesn't know his name yet. He was just rescued from the pound on Tuesday, he's coming down with kennel cough and hasn't been neutered yet. He's microchipped, and wearing a red nylon collar with a round silver tag #137 that has German Shepherd Rescue and our 877# on it.
