1) I have about 150 -170sf. or light maple looking Pergo laminate flooring. it would be enough for a large playroom or den or something like that. It is used and some pieces are smaller than others but it is in good shape and was only installed for like a year or so. I removed it when the lady wanted a different color laminate floor installed instead. I also can install it for you at 1.50 per square foot in less than a day. give me a call if interested.

2) I also have about 710 sf. of Ashwood engineered hardwood flooring that could be nailed, glued or floating floor installed. It's all new and in boxes stored indoors. It is not the click together Pergo kind it is real Ash hardwood on top layer and could be sanded down in the future if needed. It is priced at $2/sf. and you must take it all (that's about 1400 bucks). I'll install it for you as a floating floor (over 1/8 inch padding) for $3/sf total for labor and materials if you need that. Glue or nail down would be more.

In the picture the smaller flooring sample is the maple colored Pergo. and the other large plank is the natural Ash hardwood flooring.
