Hello, my name is Krista. My family and I have recently been put in a position where we have to move... The owner of the house is letting it go into Foreclosure. :( We are a family of 6- Me, my Husband and our 3 children- 2 girls and 1 baby boy. We also take care of my father-in-law. He is permanently Disabled. He has had 4 back surgeries, but is able to get around on his own and take care of himself. He does receive SSI and contributes.

We currently live in the Sylvan School Dist- off of Sylvan near Roselle. It is a 5 bdrm/3 bath, 3,600sq ft, 2 story home. Both of our girls attend Mary Ann Sanders Elementary School, so we would like to stay in the same district. I believe it is a great community and feel it has the best schools in Modesto....

An ideal house for us would be 4-5 bdrm/ 2-3 baths. Renting @ $1,200- 1,500 a mon. Possibly 1,700- 2,500sq ft- Or whatever works?
My husband has a good job w/ guaranteed monthly income and we own our own business.

As for Us- we are a quiet, trustworthy, honest, Christian Family. We have been in our current home for about 2 yrs now.
