I am a responsible, hard-working woman with a steady long-term position with the County (11 years) looking for a room to rent. I've lived in Modesto most of my life, been married, raised a son and have owned several houses. I'm now divorced and my son is grown. The houses I owned ended up being casualties of divorce and I'm finding it difficult making ends meet with rentals.
I have two great pups (see below) that go where I go and I need to find a household that would accept them. They are well-behaved and house broken. They pretty much stay in my room or outside and they get along with other animals.
I would love to find a room on the first floor of a nice home with access to the backyard. I would like to stay in Modesto but if the home has easy access to the freeway, that would be okay too (I work downtown Modesto).
I bring no drama to a household and keep pretty much to myself. I'm very laid back. I'm too old for childish games and just need a place to call home.
