Hey there Guys...I'm a Gay White Male looking for a place to live in Manteca under $400 per month, but that's negotiable. I'm looking for a low key, easy-going, drama free type situation. My job is in Manteca and I don't want to commute, so that why I'm looking here. I'm a really nice guy and I think I'm a great roommate. I'm willing to answer any questions you might have. I am the kind of guy that likes to be myself and be comfortable around the house. I'll walk around in my T-shirt and undies or whatever if I want and you should feel free to be comfortable as well :-) I am not a prude at all...I don't mind if you have overnight guests as long as I'm allowed to do the same :-) I love to watch T.V., go to the movies, play board games/poker, bowl or just hang out with friends in my off hours. I also try to spend as much time as possible with my family and Godsons.
