Utilities Included! I am subletting one bedroom and private bathroom in the 3 bedroom/ 2 1/2 bathroom townhouse that I rent. My landlord has approved this. The townhouse is a gated community with a well kept pool and spa. Appliances and furniture are fairly new. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. You will have full house privileges. I just ask you are respectful of me, my home, and the things in it. Having friends over from time to time is fine but no overnight guests. The contract will be month to month and a $250 deposit will be required. I have two cats and a dog who spends most of the time in the house (she doesn't smell nor does my house smell like dog). I am a single female working full-time and going to school 4 nights/week.
