I have a Duplex (2 - 2 bedroom 1 bath) Units I'd like to trade from some property in the Turlock Area. The units have been used as part of a vacation rental business that we are getting out of. The Duplex also has attached to it a large office and work area that with a little work could be turned into a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit.
on a monthly basis the unit rent is:
2 bed Upstairs - 1150
2 bed Downstairs - 1000
1 bedroom would be - 500
The property value is around 280,000. Looking to trade toward the purchase of a house or property in the Turlock area.
