I want to come home to California (hubby still works there) and so I'll swap my home on the lake in Southern Oregon for a newer home in the central valley.
I have a custom home on the lake in beautiful Southern Oregon (Klamath Falls -just 20 miles over the border of Cali...I'm asking waaaaaaaaay less than it appraised for (appraised at $479K) but I'll sell for $399K or swap for a newer home in the central valley. I need at least 2500 sft...
