We are seeking a detail-oriented Data & Reporting Specialist who enjoys working with data, building reports, and supporting business decisions through analysis.
💰 Pay, Schedule, Location
Pay: $21.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Ceres, CA (In-office)
📈 What You’ll Be Doing
Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Use formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.) to analyze data
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and charts
Clean and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy
Track trends, metrics, and KPIs
Support operational and financial reporting needs
Automate tasks using Excel tools (PivotTables, Power Query, basic macros a plus)
Ensure data integrity and follow established processes
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong Excel skills (formulas, PivotTables required)
Experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar role preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and teamwork skills
