As long as they can keep Blacks, Gays, Hispanics, Women etc. into believing that they are victims and they want people to believe that only they the Democrats can be their salvation. They hope that this dishonest strategy will translate into votes by keeping these groups angry and fired up. They call their opponents bigots, homophobes, racists, xenophobes, misogynists etc. so as to advance their divisive platform. Unfortunately for the Democrats more and more of these groups are beginning to realize that they are being used and have started educating themselves and are exploring other options. what up all. i'm a producer of pop and hip hop. let's make some great music together. if you're a serious artist, i'd love to collab. check my work below, and hit me up!I've noticed you for awhile and I think you've noticed me. Hello, my name is Vanessa. This is my story of how I came to adopt my kitty Boo. (previously known as Nala. ) My story is pretty short and sweet but worth telling. About 3 almost 4 months ago I'd previously lost my best friend of 10 years. Her name was Calliope and she crossed the rainbow bridge on September 20th,2018. She was the best cat but her health was failing and it was very hard to see her go. In my state of grief I realized my heart wasn't the same. I was empty and void of having an animal in my heart. Currently I live with my parents, and my father said he did not want anymore pets after Calliope passed. But by some miracle he changed his mind and said I could adopt another cat. At first I was hesitant since I was still emotionally raw from losing Calliope, but my boyfriend took me to Wayside to pick out a cat and I'm glad he did. He had also adopted his cat from Wayside prior. A few days before I came to adopt my Boo, I had previously come once to Wayside but the shelter was closed to prepare for the adopt a thon. So I went to another shelter to see if I could find a companion there and still no luck. Feeling discouraged and defeated I went home thinking I wasn't going to find my new best friend. But that weekend my boyfriend talked me into giving Wayside a second chance and I'm sure glad I did. Call it fate, a blessing, whatever, but I found my new buddy. I specifically asked to see Nala and the staff member who helped me, seemed delighted I was wanting to see her. She brought me into a room to get more acquainted with Nala (now Boo) and I knew from that instant she let me hold her that she was it. When I picked her up and she started purring I knew she was the cat for me. Without hesitation I told the staff member I wanted to adopt her. And I did and I'm glad she is with me now. I adopted Boo around Halloween hence the name and she got used to it. It has been a little rocky at times since I'm still grieving a bit from my other cat, but Boo fills the hole in my heart. I feel complete again with her in my life. Getting to know this sweet girl has been a joy. She is a snuggle bug and loves to play. Seeing her run to the door when I get home from work absolutely makes my day. It makes the bad days not seem so bad when Boo is around. I enjoy knowing I have someone to come home to and take care of. So thank you Wayside for this sweet girl. I will never forget the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and give thanks that Wayside was able to help me find a new kitty to love.
