This couch is in good condition, no rips, holes, but there are a few flaws. As you can see the arm rest has some small brown spots, they could be cleaned off. The other flaw is that the end cushion by the same arm rest has been overly used and you can sink into the cushion. The cushions have zippers to be able to wash them and also add stuffing to the sunk in cushion. Couch is large, heavy, and free. If interested text me Sue Thank you!
