Does anyone happen to have an old/heavy/rusty wood lathe not being used that they would be willing to pass down to an infatuated wood turner?
Any age or condition wouldnt matter to me, and the larger the better. I will be happy to come load it up and get it out of your way. I would be so greatful for even the worst restoration project.
I'm still just a beginner getting started, but completely obsessed. I've been using a diy Frankenstein setup for quite some time now and it's never been a safe setup to begin with.
I know its a long shot, and a pretty large favor to request, but you'll never know if you never ask.
