We support high-tech companies, customer buyers and 500 Fortune Corporations since 2010. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Support Representative / Office Admin to join our company. If you are a team player with strong multitasking skills and communication person for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
• Experience in the Office Environment with customer service skills.
• Willing to trained right person for the position!!
• Must be 18 years of age and Older
• Must have reliable Transportation Clean DMV Record
• Must have Microsoft Office skills
• Dressed Professional at all time Jeans are ok on Fridays
• Dependable and detail-oriented
• General knowledge of Answering Phones and Calling customers
• Knowledge of Word Doc or Google Doc (a plus)
• General knowledge of Excel software (a plus)
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Support the Operations Manager and President CEO in Modesto and San Jose California
• Outgoing, positive personality with customers and coworkers
• Available and Flexible Monday through Friday workdays some Saturdays might be required
Responsibilities:
• Create work orders for new customers and projects submitted by Office Admin
• Schedule jobs for our team, coordinating with the Driver and workers to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow
• Monitor job progress and schedule pickups upon completion
• Assist in ordering products online from various suppliers
• Update and manage CRM software database
• Provide customer service and quotes for various customers
• Help manage inventory to fulfill program orders
• Answer phones and provide customer assistance as needed
• Support both Owners President & CEO, Operations Manager with various projects as required
