-Interior is very clean and in great condition
-Front seats look new, no rips, tears, or signs of wear
-Panoramic Sunroof, Extending past the backseat
-Car came equipped with run flat tires from factory, so there is no spare or jack
-Car has soft-close doors, extended nevada/oyster leather, fine wood accents, power hatch, keyless entry (touch sensors on all handles to lock and unlock), bluetooth connectivity, hill decent control, F&R+side parking cameras and sensors, adaptive swivel xenon headlights, retractable cargo area cover, BMW rubber floor mats
-Seat heaters are super warm and fast. Seats are completely warm within a minute
-Rear passenger area has sun shades with full climate controls and near-perfect seat condition
-Speakers sound new, with little volume use throughout its life
-Individual sunshade glazing
Maintenance:
-Dealer serviced and maintained
- CCV & OFHG done
-All preventative maintenance and parts up to date for the milage and age
-I’ve done an oil change with Liqui-Moly 5w-40 every 5k miles since purchase

-Front and rear rotors changed recently (front pads have about 10k miles left)

Cons:
-Some silicone is wearing around the passenger’s interior door handle
-Fan speed button has slight fading in climate control center
-Slight nick in rear passenger leather door card
-Soft-close doors sometimes does not engage on driver side doors (this is most likely due to latch being knocked out of place, but i have not messed with it)

Engine is healthy and has caused no problems since purchase over a year ago. Maintaining it correctly has made this engine the single most reliable I’ve ever owned. These cars get bad reputation from poor ownership, but keeping up on the preventative maintenance and things like timely oil and fluid changes, the car will treat you very well. The xDrive system is very good and has caused me to not slide in rain, snow, or any other conditions throughout ownership. Previous owner lived in Bay Area and drove almost exclusively on the freeways. No noises, knocks, ticks, or rattling. This car is an extremely clean example, especially given the mileage, and still runs and looks as if it were brand new. I need to downsize, so it is not practical for me anymore. I am open to trade for a cheaper manual coupe with cash on top. Give me a call or shoot me an offer at
