Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be an onsite Process Engineer our Oakdale, CA facility. You will focus on improving full‑scale manufacturing performance through process stabilizion, throughput optimizion, and loss reduction. Your work will include detailed analyses of equipment and line performance, efforts to enhance mechanical and process reliability, and advancement of digital and da‑driven tools. You will also collabore cross‑functionally to resolve complex production issues, support capital project planning and execution, and build technical capability within operions teams.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Execute bench‑top and pilot plant tests to valide formulions and processes.
Analyze trial da and deliver clear process recommendions.
Support commercial scale‑ups and troubleshooting in manufacturing plants.
Prepare and present technical results to cross‑functional partners collaboring with Operions, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and other partners.
Maintain accure technical documention and support Intellectual Property development.
Use technical knowledge of mechanical, pneumic, electrical, and hydraulic systems to improve equipment reliability.
Develop employee capabilities reled to systems, standards, and technical understanding.
Foster a culture of technological transformion through the use and optimizion of digital tools.
Analyze da across Key Performance Indicors to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
Lead problem‑solving activities with small groups using structured methodologies.
Manage small projects within the Conagra Performance System.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food, Biological or reled Engineering field.
Three or more years of reled technical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with process documention (P&IDs, mass/energy balances, control stregies, specificions).
Experience with processing equipment such as mixers, he exchangers, homogenizers, cooling/freezing systems, sanitary or aseptic fillers, and CIP systems.
Understanding of Design of Experiment principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft applicions such as MS Office Suite, PowerBI, and PowerApps.
Strong communicion, prioritizion, and structured problem‑solving skills.
Experience collaboring with vendors and external partners.
This is an onsite role based our Oakdale, CA manufacturing facility with minimal travel. Relocion assistance is available. Preference will be given to local candides, if applicable.

Compension
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: locion, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
