Damians Hosting Hub is now hiring a reliable yard maintenance contractor to work with our crew across the Central
Valley. This is a part time role with steady, ongoing work. If you take pride in your work, show up on time, and know
your way around a yard, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $22 per hour, paid as a 1099 independent contractor
What you will be doing:
Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general yard cleanup on residential and rental properties throughout the
Central Valley. Steady, ongoing part time work for the right person.
Requirements (please read before applying):
- Own reliable transportation to get to job sites across the Valley
- Your own yard tools, at minimum a working mower and edger
- Show up on time and ready to work
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Responsible for your own taxes as a 1099 contractor
- Legally able to work in the US
Nice to have but not required:
- Trimmer, blower, and hedge tools
- Experience with rental turnovers or property maintenance
- Reliable phone for scheduling and job updates
We pay a fair, competitive rate for someone who brings their own equipment and gets the job done right. This is a
