I am looking for reliable employees that can make it to work on time and not call in sick who love to work hard in the kitchen. I need cooks who understand and demonstrate a sense of urgency, who have a solid base of skill sets and can execute tickets, techniques, and recipes with speed and precision. You must have a positive "Yes Chef" attitude and can be proactive with minimal direction and coaching, and can take constructive criticism with a grain of salt.
I need experienced fast line cooks, prep cooks and dishwashers.
If you don't enjoy the challenges and thrill of a busy chef life with your teammates where EVERYONE applies their hard work ethics equally you will not make it through the 3-30 day trial. I have been a chef for 18+ years with many Michelin starred chefs and I expect greatness and practice greatness.
