1 yr old mini split, 11,000 BTU, 17 seer, almost new, reason for selling, leak freon ,and i install another one in my kitchen. I install thru window, as you can see in picture,so I didn't have to make a hole thru wall, friends cannot believe i use a window, I made a frame that sits on window and hung air handler on it and put condenser under carport .
