This mat can be used for so many things, it’s 5 inches thick and approximately 80 inches square. Comes with storage bag for easy storage. Has removable cover which is machine washable. It’s in brand new condition, used less than half a dozen times, purchased it for my son but plans changed. 1) Great for back issues and can be used to sleep on. 2) Super comfortable play mat for kids, don’t hurt your knees and protects the floor from damage. 3)Can be used for sleep overs and guests spending the night.
