A VERY rare 19th Century Chinese traveling scribes desk fully fitted with compartments and brush holders. Hand carved escritoire. The carving is the most intricate I’ve ever seen. Lots of flower shapes and interesting designs. Measures 28” high, 33” wide, 23” deep. This is a VERY special handmade piece that has been in the family for decades.
