(2) Mare Horses - $3,000 (Modesto)

I have mares that have been sitting on pasture for about 2 years+. I do not have the time for then, and unfortunately I need to let them go. However, would love to see them go together as they have grown quite attached.

Both grade quarter horses mares. One chestnut (Approx 17age), the other a flee-bitten gray (Approx 20 age).

Flee-bitten mare was my main trail riding horse. Did well with anything you asked of her. She use to open gates, load perfectly, stands for farrier and lifts legs. With some basic maintenance or training, I think she would still be an amazing horse. She has quite the personality.

Chestnut mare was purchased about 4-5 years go. My farrier tells me often how strong of a horse she is everytime I see him. Definitely has both the woah and the go. However, I never spent much time with her. She was also click trained in the past. Last May, she got pretty hurt on a gate pen and tore quite a large gash into are left back hind. I had surgery done and kept up with the healing process. She's looking great now, and again. with maintenance or training she should be good to ride in the future. I have yet to try.

I personally love both of these horses so much. And I hate to see them go. Would consider OBO if they went together. Would make amazing pasture pets as well.
