We are an established Adult Residential care facility that provide care and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities. We have job openings for enthusiastic caring direct care professionals/ caregivers interested in working with developmentally disabled adults. Our focus is on helping our residents with behavioral challenges.
Available shifts: full time.
Saturday- Wednesday, 8am-4pm
Wednesday- Sunday, 2pm-10pm.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience preferred but we do on the job training.
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and good decision making.
Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check.
Duties include but not limited to:
Provide direct support, care and supervision to our residents.
Assist with medication administration.
Assist with activities of daily living.
Assist in preparing healthy meals and snacks.
Assist with light house cleaning. etc
