Responsibilities
*Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
*Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments
*Verify dental insurance benefits
*Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements
*Check patients in and out
*Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
*Assist with daily administrative and front office duties
*Keep the reception area organized and professional
Qualifications
*1–2 years of front office experience (dental experience preferred)
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
*Comfortable using computers and dental software
*Experience with insurance verification is a plus
*Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus
*Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
*Dependable, professional, and a team player
