New optometry office location is seeking a part-time office assistant. We are looking for a personable, high energy, dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented team player with great customer service skills. Optical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for this position. Spanish speaking is a plus!
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Greeting & Checking-In Patients
• Answering Phones
• Recalls & Scheduling Appointments
• Data Entry
• Preparing Charts
• Pre-testing Patients
• Insurance Verification/Billing
• Contact Lens Training
• Inventory Management
• Office Maintenance
