Hi everyone. My family and I are looking for a place to call home. We are moving back to California from Wisconsin. We will be in California on the 30th, the sooner we find a place to secure, the sooner we can book our flight. We have a baby and another on the way.

We don’t have the best credit (I’d like to explain the reason) but have always paid our rent on time. We are hoping to rent long term!

We are looking for a house to rent or apartment up to $1,400 with or without utilities. We are flexible to more depending on the home. If you can work on letting us do the deposit in payments, that would help us a lot.

If you’re able to work with us and give us a place to call home please leave your information down and pictures would be great. Looking ideally to rent in Modesto. We have no pets. Drug free, drink free and smoke free.

It’s a plus if there is a in unit washer/dryer or hook ups!
