The battery charger works sometimes. You will need a new one unless you know how to fix it. I have gone through 2 battery chargers
due to the electricity in my 100 year old home. You can buy a new charger and it will still be cheaper than a new vaccuum. If you already have one, then this gives you an extra vaccuum

Has all the extra parts included.
