$28.00 - $36.00 per Hour DOE
Full-Time Position
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Administer and maintain HRIS and HR technology systems
• Configure workflows, security roles, and system enhancements
• Create reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Monitor HR data integrity and perform system audits
• Support HRIS upgrades, testing, integrations, and implementations
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
• Develop training materials, documentation, and user guides
• Assist with compliance reporting and data requests
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of HRIS, HR Technology, Business Systems, or HR Analytics experience
• Experience with Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee data management, and compliance reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• HRIS certification
• SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• HR technology implementations and system integrations
• Manufacturing, agriculture, distribution, or consumer products environments
