We’re looking for a motivated Recruiting Specialist to lead a full-cycle hiring in Modesto CA, and across all company locations. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring managers, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding experience.
Recruiting Specialist
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay Rage: $25–$27 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hire
• Partner with hiring managers to fill open roles quickly and effectively
• Maintain and update job postings on the company website
• Use recruiting tools and technology to attract candidates
• Attend job fairs and college recruiting events
• Support internship and seasonal hiring programs
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding
• Ensure all pre-employment steps and documentation are completed
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance (I-9, W-4, E-Verify)
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
• Assist HR team and provide backup support when needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with recruiting systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Professional, team-oriented mindset
• Experience with Kronos or HR systems (HCMS)
