Hey all! I’m an aspiring personal trainer currently studying for my certification. I’m 27 years old and have been training consistently for years. Over the past 6 months, I’ve personally lost 45 lbs (and counting).
My goal is to help people build a healthier lifestyle that is sustainable, feel confident in their bodies, and actually like what they see in the mirror every morning.
I offer 1-on-1 gym training, where I’ll accompany you to the gym and guide you through:
1) Proper form and technique
2) Structured, goal-oriented workouts
3) Fat loss, strength, and general fitness training
4) Accountability and motivation
Training Rates
$30 per session (60 minutes)

If you’re happy with how the first session goes, I offer bundle packages that save you money compared to paying per session:
5 sessions: $140
10 sessions: $250
