Position Overview:
We are seeking a HIGHLY skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman with at least 3 years of experience in irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance. As a crew leader, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the installation of various landscape projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction workers.
• Oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance.
• Coordinate and execute job site operations, ensuring projects meet company standards and client expectations.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
• Train and mentor team members on proper landscape construction techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain a positive working environment and high employee morale.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish & English
• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, with specific expertise in irrigation, lighting, hardscaping, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of landscape design, construction techniques, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
