We are a busy almond sheller looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team. The ideal candidate can safely operate heavy farm equipment and also use hands-on mechanical skills to service and repair our machines in the shop. You will keep our production lines moving smoothly
Responsibilities & DutiesEquipment Operation: Safely drive and operate farm equipment (e.g., tractors, harvesters, loaders, and forklifts). Mechanical Repairs: Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on farm and processing machinery.Preventative Maintenance: Grease parts, change oil, and do routine check-ups so machines do not break down during busy seasons.Shop Work: Maintain a clean work space and assist with welding or metal fabrication if needed.
