Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Some weekend availability may be required)
California Prime Properties is seeking a reliable, skilled, and communicative Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This is a long-term opportunity with a respected local property management company dedicated to maintaining safe, clean, and well-functioning apartment buildings.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly with staff and residents, brings a proactive, fast-paced and positive attitude to property upkeep and repairs.
🔧 Responsibilities Include:
-General apartment maintenance and repair
-Yard care: mowing, edging, trimming, raking
-Trash and junk removal
-De-cobwebbing and exterior cleaning
-Fence and sprinkler system repairs
-Painting, light plumbing, and basic electrical knowledge
-Light carpentry and appliance troubleshooting
-Organizing tools, supplies, and workspaces
-Communicating effectively with management and tenants regarding repairs and updates

-Minimum 1 year of building maintenance or repair experience
-Landscaping and yard equipment proficiency (mower, hedger, pole saw, etc.)
-Valid Driver’s License with clean DMV record (No DUI)
-Must pass drug screening
-High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
-Strong attention to detail
-Clear, professional communication skills
-Team-oriented, dependable and takes direction well
-Ability to work efficiently and stay on task—this is a fast-moving role
-Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed
