We are currently looking for a reliable Maintenance / Grounds Person to help maintain curb appeal and overall appearance at 4 storage facilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Landscaping and general grounds maintenance
• Keeping properties clean, neat, and presentable
• Basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
• Perform routine upkeep to maintain curb appeal
Requirements:
• Experience with basic maintenance or landscaping preferred
• Comfortable using tools (trimmers, blowers, basic equipment, etc.)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation between facilities
