Responsibilities
Perform general repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.)
Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive upkeep
Assemble furniture, install fixtures, and handle minor renovations
Respond promptly to resident or client service requests
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition
Collaborate with property management and vendors when needed
Qualifications
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
