Pallet Recovery Service is hiring a Yard Supervisor to lead daily pallet yard operations.
Location: Vernalis, CA
Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm
Pay: $20 – $22 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise yard team and assign daily tasks
Ensure production, quality, and safety standards are met
Train employees and support the team
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in yard, warehouse, or pallet repair work
Supervisory experience preferred
Spanish speaking required
Knowledge of tools (nail guns, saws, etc.)
Forklift experience Required
Working Conditions:
Outdoor work environment
Lift up to 75–85 lbs.
Required use of PPE
Overtime availability as needed
