We have about 30 rentals in the Modesto area (mostly Downtown Modesto) and are looking for a reliable handyman to be our go-to guy for service calls and general repairs.

Most of the properties are older homes/buildings from the early 1900s-1920s, so experience with older properties is a plus.

Common repairs:

* Leaky faucets
* Clogged drains / snaking drains
* Running toilets
* Garbage disposals
* Minor plumbing
* Drywall patching
* Door/lock repairs
* Basic electrical troubleshooting
* Small turnover repairs between tenants

Looking for someone who:

* Is reliable
* Answers the phone/responds back
* Has their own tools
* Has transportation
* Can handle basic repairs without supervision

This is good for someone retired or semi-retired looking for extra cash and steady side work.
