-Whole house renovation such as Roofing, Flooring, Restroom, Shower, Kitchen,
-Carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture.
-Plumbing repairs like fixing all kind of leaks, replacing pipes, and repairing or installing fixtures.
-Basic Electrical tasks such as changing switches, outlets, and trouble shot
-Installing drywall and finish with painting.Fixing interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and other surfaces.
- You have a proven experience and pics of your work
-You need punctual, polite, and professional. no drama/no trash-talking
-you need to follow safety rules and can talk professionally with tenants and clients.
