This vehicle is for my business, so reliability is my top priority. I need a professional eye to ensure there are no hidden engine, transmission, mechanical, or electrical issues. My goal is to find a van that can handle another 100k miles with regular maintenance.
Inspection Requirements:
-Check for active or pending Diagnostic Trouble Codes (Check Engine Light).
-Full under-the-hood inspection (leaks, belts, fluid quality).
-Listen for unusual engine/transmission noises.
-Test drive to assess handling, braking, and shifting.
-The "Buy" Test: Provide your honest, professional opinion on whether you’d trust this vehicle enough to buy it yourself.
Qualifications:
Must be an experienced mechanic.
*Experience with Nissan NV cargo vans or high-roof commercial vehicles is a major plus, but not required if you are highly skilled in general diagnostics.
Details & Compensation:
Rate: $100 for the inspection (estimated time: under one hour).
-Payment: Cash or Venmo (Venmo preferred).
-Location: I will provide the seller's address once we confirm. Probably somewhere near the mall. I’ll be driving in from Richmond to meet you and the seller at the vehicle.
Schedule: This Friday (Time TBD).
If you’re a good fit and available this Friday, please reach out with your experience. Once the inspection is wrapped up, I’ll pay you on the spot and you’re good to go.
